How old is the well and equipment?

stay a renter forever.. not everyone deserves or should have a home .. they are not equipped to handle it long term.. 

You don't equip your units with some type of blinds or curtains?

Pool equipment simply does not last very long.

Lost thousands upon thousands in lost/stolen equipment, because we do contracting also.Have had a property broke into and the wires/electrical stripped 2 days before section 8 inspections.We invest in high distressed areas, so a lot of headaches come with that. 

Since I am trying to transition from a full-time career as an industrial equipment inspector into a full-time real estate investor, I would like to find someone who specializes in real estate.

I say that not to brag or boast, but to demonstrate that even a high school educated heavy equipment operator with a little bit of common sense and a lot of gut instinct can do ok in real estate without committing last years paycheck to somebody to get a stack of papers and promises and a "deal analyzer" that promises to do all of the work for you.
