hello b.p well heres the deal ive been learning and reading on here for 2 years slowly but surely becoming one of those that just read and never do anything to chase the dream!

Call up an insurance agent and let them go to town, let them think you are there dream sucker and see what the quote is, then times that by how many homes you have. 

The dream is great and get's you excited.

I don't think there are very many home buyers who walk away from the home of their dreams over GFCI outlets- if anything, what I have observed is quite the opposite!

I love the idea of vacation rentals, a dream of mine is to renovate an old vacation property...someday...AirBnB isn't a terrible way to start, it's sort of a vacation rental.

She is exceptionally well qualified for what she wants to do, she is a dream to work with, she is realistic, she doesn't mess around, and she will close if that is in fact the right decision for her.

Looked like a dream on proforma.
