Not always the case (so you have to confirm), but typically each unit controls their porch light, etc.I said the oil heat/HW was a deal killer because you'd likely be paying for it as the owner.

The poor area doesn't look like it will be revived anytime soon, West Hartford showed a lot of appreciation except the property taxes are out of control.
