The bottom line is if your house is vacant, keep searching for a tenant and tell this one that once she gets approved and gets her appointment with the local HA to call and you will let her know at that time if the property is still available at that time.

Your new policy will be in your title holding entities name but when the broker prints out the ACCORD form that goes to the mortgage company it needs to list the mortgagors name on the top line with the acronym ATIMA beside their name and then your title holding entity name right below that.

After the year I plan on keeping things as is, so that net cash flow can mitigate any rental expense that I myself incur (i pay 525 mo for a 1 bed apartment).Do you guys think its a good idea to get a source of passive income in the midwest (where I currently work), to offset my rental expense, and future rental expense if i ever decide to move to a more expensive area?
