If you love water it’s no Florida, but we do have the Mississippi River 😆 Some of the best work horses are located in Harbor Town that faces the river!

There are a few condos sitting unsold, (although all of them face inward into the building).

Erin and I are seeing our buyers compete against multiple offers on most homes right now, and we're digging deep into our bag of tricks to make our offers stand out put the best face forward for our clients.

That being said, if it can barely cash flow with conservative hypothetical numbers, I believe it can do well in real life.
