If you guys have any good techniques to finding local investment partners in the Los Angeles and San Fernando Valley areas that would be awesome and I would really appreciate anything your willing to share.

What's the best way/technique to discover potential profitable REO's?

Rick this is exactly why I call overages bizz the private Eye bizz.. you need to have all the tools tenacity and techniques that a private investigator has.

There's so much to learn in REI, but if you narrow your focus onto a specific technique (flipping, wholesaling,rentals, etc.) you can whittle away any excess information that would only clog your mind with unnecessary stress.I'd bet that you feel lost because you're trying too hard to take everything in all at once!

This is just one technique.

One technique that worked for me was I emailed all the managers in my area the same generic email...short, asking a few generic questions.
