But you can't call me like I am a private lender and expect 100% financing. the deals I do again are with very trusted partners that in most cases have been with me for 10 to 15 years... so really its a partnership its just we don't end up owning the asset the ground partner does we just facilitate them getting the rental portfolio they desire.

No one says you have to stop your JV Partnership just to go find deals on your own.

Last year I purchased over $1,000,000 in real estate via J.V. partnerships with bigger pockets members.

We will revisit a partnership later.  

However on this one we had an issue with our own internal partnership in our company. 

If they get too wrapped up about the equity, leave the equity as is based on cash put in & take a partnership management cut off the gross each month.

I'm open to a partnership and have no problem organizing such a venture.

However, like probably most, financial is proving to be problematic.I would love to structure a partnership deal where the financier took their profits from the profits of the project rather than in the form of an interest rate.Can someone who has worked this type of agreement tell me about their experiences.  

I need some advice and potentially contract work for creating offerings.
