Is North Myrtle Beach, SC a good area for STRs?

I'm currently renting in the San Diego area; renting a house close to the beach.

It has a major airport, lots of sports/activities, drivable to a beach or mountain on a Friday afternoon, strong rental and real estate market.

With sandy beaches and year-round sunshine, our beautiful city conjures up images of celebrities and tanned residents comfortably scattered in a suburban sprawl of roomy single-family homes.

I live in palm beach county Florida and I want to house hack in order to be able to save for a second property.

Hi All,I am starting out(newbie, no investments so far) to research markets and looking at Delray Beach, FL as a family member may move in there.Any advice on investing in condo for buy-and-hold strategy?

On the gulf coast, I love the opportunity that STR provide since there will never be a lack of visitors with the great beaches in the area.

I thought the beaches banned STRs for any property that was a straight investment?

I was wondering if anybody on here know about or own any homes at oceanlakes campground at surf side beach SC,I wanted to know if there worth investing into for a vacation rental

If you find something close to the beach or boardwalk, an STR play may be best!
