I am starting out(newbie, no investments so far) to research markets and looking at Delray Beach, FL as a family member may move in there.

Any advice on investing in condo for buy-and-hold strategy?

Any referrals , contacts to connect with a investor- friendly RE agent in Delray Beach, FL?
