They are 50% complete and have exhausted 95% of the schedule they initially said they would have no problem meeting.

@Seth Borman As other stated, you might try having a plumber or HVAC repairman clean out the interior of your Dryer exhaust vent.Also, if your Dryer exhaust vent runs more than 8 or 10 feet in length, you might try having a plumber or HVAC repairman install a dryer booster fan. 

but having set criteria will keep the ship afloat regardless of temporary hiccups. my hypothesis: Real estate will continue to go up in value in short term as well as the long term. there may be waves but that's why you built the strong ship to withstand them till the oceans are smooth again. 

Cash for keys should be reserved for a situation where you have exhausted other options.
