We didn’t kick it into higher gear until I left my job and became motivated to replace my salary.

Some of it seems more geared towards commercial real estate and very large residential properties but I’m liking what I’m learning.

We've been pleased with Proper insurance for our STR as it is geared specifically to STR and has commercial liability protection.
