Just attended Brandon's multi-family investments webinar a few minutes ago, and was wondering if anyone could give me some insight into how to find good markets when you're looking long distance?

I would also suggest listening podcasts and watching BP webinars.

BP has a messaging system that can be used for this purpose.I'll be doing a webinar with @Aaron Merriman next week that should provide lots of helpful info.

I have signed up for some webinars (the time difference is crazy, the first one was at 3:30 am) totally worth it!

You might find my webinar and case studies valuable as I discuss the "evolution" of my investing from newbie to today. 

Definitely utilize everything the site has to offer (forums, blogs, podcasts, webinars, etc.).

So over the course of the last few weeks I have been attending the free webinars w/ Brandon Turner and it seems like every time we go over how to evaluate a property and determine if it is a good deal, which is awesome to learn and just fine tune every week!
