We are looking to buy a residential, multi family unit.

But we are also both very used to corporate and used to having a security of a job.

My business is built around doing deals for out of state investors and my mind is BLOWN by how many flat out refuse to come visit, meet our staff or walk the property that they bought and we are rehabbing for them.

I'm definitely more cash flow for now but as it adds up we are going to be investing in other opportunities.

Yes we are all in house.

And via the clustering we are utilizing green-space in a communal manner thus reducing foot-print of that BUT retaining such perception as each unit has walkout to what seems a BIG green space.

I think like Russell does, its the same but instead of complaining about a stubbed toe we are complaining about a broken fingernail. 

Winter can still do well but we are not quite close enough for any ski mountains. 

There exists those of us that want a property in Costa Rica despite the issues we are discussing here.

@Matt Wan In the Boston area the inventory is so tight I'm not even sure there's "deals" in the off season.
