I've probably only sent out 1,000 pieces (post cards and yellow letters).  

SEO and yellow letters (direct mail) are two different worlds and I would recommend picking one and learning it inside out before putting time and effort into another approach.

I guess my first question would be, why are you set on using yellow letters if you can use more creative mail pieces to get a better response rate?  

I have done yellow letters with little success, if anything I tend get more listing prospects than true motivated sellers.

The 4-plex is turning out to be a great investment. learning to be a landlord is not easy but man is the cash flow great. currently driving for dollars around my neighborhoods, and sending yellow letters trying to find that next investment..not sure what my next move should be. 

Takes a little bit to get used to but the best thing for budgeting since yellow pads.

Their 3 office addresses are easily "findable"--- Should I send my "yellow letter" to their offices or is that in poor taste??

Once I determine ownership, I send a yellow letter if the house is owner occupied.
