We of course could build an internal manual process with a virtual assistant of some sort, but I want to see if anything exists. 

It seems like you have multiple properties like I do so you will probably also enjoy the virtual account feature.

Virtual staging is a method of placing furniture in an image to make a room appear furnished.

The nature of my business would be to fix & flips and virtual wholesaling.

I haven't used it but they have virtual tenant accounts ect. 

However, there are ways to structure your 1031 to accommodate virtually any timeline you can think of -- sell one, buy one, sell the other two...buy, then sell all three over time, etc.

Any kind of remote work would be an option: Virtual assisting, social media management, website design, etc.

In virtually all large city markets it is currently cheaper to rent than to own.  

It is a virtual certainty if you sell in Walnut Creek you will regret it 10 years from now.
