I just realized I repeated a lot of what I said in an earlier reply I made months ago, but I still think it's valuable for others to see so they know that Justin has now come over to BiggerPockets to lie to the community and public here, and everyone should know that everything that he has said here is lies and he will keep publicly refusing what a scam program he is selling and ripping honest people off with.

Finding someone who understands your niche and goals is definitely going to be valuable for long term growth. 

Build relationships with local architects and expeditors - they're usually the first to know about upcoming zoning changes and can provide valuable insights.

I think this is a valuable reminder to newer or less-seasoned investors, that successful STR's are BUILT, not always bought. #3, Old coach is my favorite!
