I’ve been completely priced & property taxed out of DFW plus I hate the traffic & drive an hour everywhere lifestyle & heat so I’m moving to Tulsa where I can buy multiple properties cash & everything actually cash flows well.

I have put it under the carpets for now and when I redo bathroom and kitchen floors, I will put it in the traffic areas under new tile floors or maybe engineered wood..not sure yet.
