Many urgent care facilities around here (Central Texas) don't seem to be affiliated with a hospital, so I was thinking of marketing the site to those prospects first.I wonder if you and others thinks it makes any sense to get the site under contract with earnest money, and market it if possible prior to closing to get a sense of whether the concept gets any traction.

I really see the tokenziation of equity will quickly gain traction as an alternative to using delayed financing or refinancing to get money back out of your deals.

Really, a listing agent that allows the seller to sell may not get much traction in many markets.
