Harvey and recent flooding in certain areas of town have made them snake-bit and hurt their values, but that's to be expected. 1% rule is tough to regularly find on the MLS , but long term holds have faired very very well.  

Just remember, a camera scope job can cost $250 itself, besides cleaning/snaking out the drain.
