Agents can track their daily acitivities i.e. # of: calls made, conversations, contacts added to their database/crm, appointments set, appointments met, offers sent, and anything else you can think of.

It's been forever since I read it, but one of its basic premises is to stay focused on your goal - daily -  and you will eventually achieve it.
