We looked at several properties recently (practicing strict social distancing protocols of course, now that showings are once again considered an essential activity here) and the wife has got me thinking because she says farmhouse chic and rustic industrial themes have been done to death recently and are already “so passé, like peaked in 2016”.

You could call it a themed James Bond Goldfinger reboot: “CopperToe” and turn over your STR in just hours since COVID-19 can only live on copper surfaces for 4 hours and even that’s a worst case scenario that’s not realistic to how this thing transmits itself.

There are quite a few themes out there that you can use, the most popular I have seen is "Houzez" on themeforest, which costs around $60.

Currently, I am working my way through David Greene's book about BRRRR and have recognized the common theme of building relationships. 

The themes I read in Kyosaki's work that rang true:  Understand assets and liabilities.

A common theme that comes up is OPM (Other Peoples’ Money).

I'm not looking for a handout, but fair compensation for suspension of my property rights during this crisis is a reasonable ask.
