Hey fellow investors, just stumbled across this site and thought I'd jump on the bandwagon.

Stumbled upon this forum and I am amazed with the ton of info that available.I'm hoping to start out with LO and SUB2 soon.

I'm new here, but by going to the rich dad academy it led me here.Here is my experience:My wife (who I've tried to get her to read ANY book about finances) stumbled upon an add for a Free Rich Dad seminar checking her hotmail account.

That still doesn’t explain why the custodians of the U.S. financial system have stumbled so much in dealing with the banking crisis.

Great topic.In my experience I have seen some very inexperienced investors stumble through a deal (to their credit) in spite of their negotiating skills.Their biggest weapon was coming at the discussions from the place of how they could solve the sellers problem(s).Of course... those that developed more advanced negotiating skills not only increase their profits, they also got more deals to the closing table.One of my all time favorite negotiating books, one that I require all of my clients to read, is The Secrets of Power Negotiating by Roger Dawson.
