It sounds like you are looking for advice on whether or not to cause trouble for the agent.. now I am not entirely condoning what the agent did but do you really think it is worth it to stir the pot with this one?

Demanding attention with a call to action that has not previously stirred desire from the message preceding it will do more to push your potential client away rather than get them to move in the direction you'd like. 

What I was trying to do was not stir up a hornet's nest with families that don't get along very well. 

Account Closed  Joe certainly stirred up some controversy and curiosity in all his short posts about the strategy.

Don't stir the pot before you close.

I am assuming that the space is unoccupied and consequently, there is no one in there to "stir up" the spores.  

I have reached out to multiple investing groups in an attempt to stir up interest to no avail.
