Many people waste years, in no thousands of dollars, before coming to this realization.There is still a roll for you to play, even if you're not "passionate about real estate".Think of it like a live professional sporting event...There are players on the field, fans in the stands and vendors (usually selling fan gear) inside and outside the stadium or arena.Everyone has a part to play, and when it goes well, everyone has a great time.The folks on the field are the ones who should be on the field.

I also love how close it is to all of the universities in downtown Newark which will give students (primarily graduate students which also makes me feel better as there will probably be less weekday beer pong tournaments) easy access to the city on weekends and class on weekdays!

I think a lot has to do also with how you both like to learn, I spent a lot of time growing up traveling for sports so I got used to working online at a young age and I did not miss the classroom interaction and anytime I did have an issue I just emailed them and someone would get back to me pretty quickly.
