It all depends on if you can find one that is on the fringe of a bad area and you think it could turn for the better depending on what you do with your building, how much of an impact it has on the immediate area and if there is any development going on.As far as financing for multi-family, I have a lender that I use for my properties that is extremely investor friendly.

I know that if I'm too eager to make money right away and purposefully or ignorantly look over things just to get to close, I'm not going to doing myself or the wholesaling community any favors by fring end buyers bad deals.
