To answer your trait question I personally think being a problem solver would be the most important because no two deals are ever the same and new problems come up all the time.

Oli, I think listening to BP podcasts and reading BP books are the best educational resources but really meeting others in your area and getting your first flip or BRRR or buy and hold are where you will learn the most as you will become an expert problem solver

These kinds of deals.If the deal does not make since try another route to have a bad deal turn good always know you numbers and come up with 3 or 4 ways to purchase a piece of property think about it how many different ways can you get to your favorite store there is always a way you need more education on the subject and do your homework nothing is black and white I hope this helps there is always a WAY if the deal is bad try to be a problem solver and make it a good one if not pass on go to the next one Hope this helps have a great day.
