I had tenant who decided to join the military to get out of his lease. I received their orders 3 days before they went to boot camp.  He also left my house DAMGED (animal damage, holes in doors, walls, etc.) exceeding...

Maybe it's the soldier in me but I would rather lose and learn than sit and wait on someone else to hold my hand. 

A little about my...I'm 36, married with children, active duty soldier and expect to retire from the military in 3 yrs. 

(25 year balance should be 30% LTV +/-)The Soldiers and Saliors Act rectricts foreclose on any 'active' miltary member.  

Soldiers where i live default on loans like crazy!  

As a Realtor, I have been working with a soldier who I have showing properties to in the Colmubia area.There are a handful of multi units near Baltimore but honestly they just are not that many of them in Maryland.  

I cannot tell you how many times over the years I have seen soldiers get wiped out on these type of deals. 

So probably best to just ignore it and soldier on.
