Buying links is actually disinsensitive and your index is demoted for attempting it.Indexing is about content, not prettiness of graphics, so write informative material that ONLY relates to the subject, use the TITLE and H1 tag to state the subject, and google will treat you fairly.

When you say the postcards were professionally done, do you mean by a graphics company or someone who specializes in real estate investor marketing?
