Also, what others have said, the personal touches on what is in your place (e.g. providing all the essentials instead of having people buy TP, coffee, shampoo, etc.) and the quality of those items (no tattered towels, stained sheets, etc.).

A foreclosure initiated by Ocwen won't touch your credit at all as you are in a second lien position and not a direct holder of the loan/mortgage.If the foreclosure starts you might be able to recoup the money or lose it.
