That part wasn't too funny.I've also seen plenty of animals like raccoons set up their home, and plenty of houses with a scattering of needles, liquor bottles, baggies, and graffiti, and a couple times the occupants were actively using when I arrived.

But I DON'T recommend to go after any property that has more then 2 heirs because it will be extremely difficult to get them all to come to a consensus as to what they want for the house and the fact that most of them will typically be scattered all over the country making it very difficult to get all the documents signed by them.

Work is scattered throughout the city (there is no main area) so you'd be ok looking at specific areas for their look and feel vs commute/proximity to anything since there isn't much.

I would make sure Cheviot does not allow similar rules before you do anything else or back out. 90% of residential streets in Deer Park have multifamily buildings scattered in, all of these are technically in violation of zoning, however unless you are building new, or converting a single family, it should not apply.
