If the agent took pics, they probably are not high quality. 

I do commercial real estate as a broker and investor but lot's of my broker/agent friends in residential just take their own pics.

@Joel ArndtI agree with @Kris Bucci too.Finding a market can be as easy as scanning the forums here and seeing where others are finding the deals you want to find.Are you going to invest in the US?

One of the problem is that we don't have the actual memorandum contract and the county record doesn't show the picture scan.

The listing agent they hired was terrible with blurry pics, bad descriptions and no open houses.

I saw a sign advertising a couple of rentals and when I called to ask for information and if the property had pictures online they person responded that it was listed on realtor.com and that if I sent a pic of my license they would send me the address.???

The appraisers need pics to back up their lowball appraisals.

How do your pics look compared to the other properties in the area? 

I read your post that you didn't take pics/video before you moved in. 

Just say that your insurance carrier wants you to do a safety inspection and to provide updated pics of the interior since it's been a few years.
