It is probably much easier and safer to simply give 60 days notice for EVERY lease because you never know what a judge might say.  

I really see Columbus Ohio as an extremely safe bet for the next 10-20 years.

Location is key, so buying in the best neighborhoods is your best bet for solid appreciation.

Looking for a 3 bed at minimum (SFH or Townhome) in really any safer part of Houston.
