A taping knife, sanding block, there you need a drill or impact driver when the hole is large and you need to reinforce the back side with some lumber.A socket wrench and bit set.Allen wrenches can be useful for tightening set screws for towel bars, tissue paper holders, light fixtures etc...but find out if your fixtures are metric or english first.Bottom line, know your property, then work on what you need from there.

The walls are very thick stone not thin.It doesn't matter if the walls are 10 feet thick of reinforced concrete, they're rendered useless by having glass windows on the ground floor.
