Hey @Preet Oberoi, so a tiny home like you are describing isn't real estate but more of an RV.I would get with a CPA like others have said to get the skinny on the deductions.

I’m a former/ sometimes still carpenter and a real estate agent, have done hundreds of transactions.

My advice would be is to talk to multiple investors who have real world, actual success-based experience in flipping over a sustained period.
