Any landlords out there in the Greater Cedar Rapids, Iowa City area sick of their Coin-Op laundry suppliers? 

My opinion is that the easy access to rapidly developing South Loop and Hyde Park is making Bronzeville attractive to buyers who otherwise may not have considered.  

The other 30 duplexes/triplexes were dumps...I also second the motion on concealed carry Green Bay has deteriorated very rapidly in the 10 years I've lived here.

Realizing this type of rapid appreciation (or "forced equity" as some might call it) often requires a distressed or very poorly managed asset where a buyer can quickly and efficiently add value, raise NOI and convince a lender to finance the asset at the higher value.
