Does anyone have any insight or experience with this issue, and any tips on which insurance to choose for large groups of bachelorette parties, families, and random drunks in Wine Country?

Can a random lender come in and act as a lender?  

Its nice to say that unlike a handful of years ago, I'm way too busy to go out and bid a random person's job that didn't come to me from a referral and I have no relation to. 

What about when you need the random board here and there?

I heard about him via random email.

There are many other fun things not shown: Complete rewiring of all electrical, including new meter base and panel.Lots of attic and crawlspace work.Insulating walls, attic, basementAnd so many other random tasks that eat up hours and days, even though it seems like nothing at all is getting done. 

I am thinking so many random thoughts/questions right now.Do you have any training yet? 

Hey Guys and girls I am a Investor just like you my first 18 month was random and confusing.After that I spent time investing into my education and went out and did deals.I have wholesaled deals I have a few rentals in Detroit and I am always looking for a flip.I have a few coming on the market soon. 

I'm waiting on call backs from another 2 lenders in but I would much rather use referrals if possible rather than randomly calling lenders.  

But while your still in school the amort is 10 years which kills your DTI (only bad side of this)used it for a wedding ring also.Just don't use it for random shopping and partying (this is what everyone else does)
