I never was able to coordinate a consistent quarterly meeting for planning, I never knew who to contact because they have multiple levels of their workers and people were constantly moving in and out of the organization.  

My question is around property insurance and specifically what are everyones MUST HAVE COVERAGES.

For example, the buyer, if they find problems with the property or stop making payments, can blow up the seller's credit.

We put a sign on every property to: attract tenants, create brand awareness, and to help prevent scammers from using our properties as bait.

BUT The points they charge and interest are both way higher than normal, on some deals I ran numbers the points and interest were going to be 20k on properties where the ARV is 100k so you have to get properties at such a low price to make it work that it is so hard.

We ended up selling those properties.
