Stick to the basic luxuries, an HDTV with a Roku and a BluRay player with some adult movies. 

I can't get a quote less than 300 from the big players in town.

The initial infusion of money will be each player from those teams looking probably buy expensive homes of $1M or higher, spend money in the local economy, The sustained infusion of money will come from ticket sales, hotel stays, merchandise sales, and even fans gambling in the casinos. 

Know who the big players are and if they are vulnerable to a change or even if it can be affected by changes in Climate.Getting a lot of these kinds of knowledge only make Common Sense.... but as the saying goes, if Common Sense was so common, would we be saying it that way?! 

Due to it's location, it is about an hour south, north, and east of three other major paintball fields, with lots of players in the area likely traveling to other areas. 

How do the major players vet their listings?

I found great homes and must have put an offer in on 5 houses at least but there are heavy players out here who purchase all cash, which pushes the investors trying to use leverage to the side.
