In Plano, Texas, the circuit judge can fix all of it, nope, the county recorder doesn't really care.The little guy might have a barkin a really blue state, Texas is rather red, usually tilts toward big business, that's what the folks there put in place!

@Beth Yohannes I think 225k is a great budget to start with and you can find some good 3/2s in Garland, Mesquite, East Plano, and other areas that the prices haven't gone crazy yet.

Plano, Garland, McKinney, and Arlington just so happen to be quick grabs but you can make just as much in any other area if you've got a great deal.
