You should check out the meetups in Plano, Frisco and even Dallas because a ton of investors from there are investing in your market.

Hey folks, I"m looking for a CPA in DFW, east around Plano or Allen would be ideal.

Hi BP peeps-Investors that invest strictly passively in real estate in these TX areas: Dallas, Plano, Frisco, Denton, Grapevine, Irving, Mckinney, Allen, Southlake, Keller.

For some reason the Alliance area does not get the publicity that Plano/Frisco/McKinney receives.

A CPA in Plano may not charge the same as Boston, LA, or anywhere else.

In Plano, Texas, the circuit judge can fix all of it, nope, the county recorder doesn't really care.The little guy might have a barkin a really blue state, Texas is rather red, usually tilts toward big business, that's what the folks there put in place!

We have been looking in SE Plano, Garland, and Richardson areas but it's very hard to find properties that meet the 1% (let alone the 2%) rule.

There are a couple around Plano.

I have heard that both Plano and Flower Mound, TX are very nice places to live.
