We have had much greater success renting a whole unit out that renting our individual rooms, though it has been nice to have some flexibilty to accomodate travelers who are coming as singlets and doublets.

Just outline expectations and roles, and what each of you guys are going to do, and how properties will be acquired and how they will be disposed of, and how and when money will be taken out of the company and you should be good.

A subdivision of nice $400k homes was built across the street back around 2004.

This is basically a math problem that will depend on both you personal finances & also how much of this is an investment vs you want a nice house to live in4.

The guy who unclogs his own toilet or installs his own carpet, etc. really doesn't get that much protection from corporate type entities because he can be personally liable for so many things. 

Nice to be conservative though with these numbers.#6.

I personally again in my opinion only.. but these guys could be fake lenders.. for sure HML  do not have a requirement that they can only lend to a corp..
