BUT, the places that have wanted to give my band and I "exposure" over time were the equivalent of "Joe's real estate happy place" website; if Radio City Music Hall or the Bluebird Cafe wanted to give me exposure I would take it in a second. 

Noise violations would be for loud music, jumping jacks at 5am, etc.

I want to be financially free to spend more time with my family, on my art/music, on being of service to others and on traveling the world.

The rules should set time windows for events / actions that may cause a nuisance for another tenant, such as running washer / dryers, playing musical instruments, playing stereos, etc.

Dude needs to respect quiet hours and work on his music somewhere else or during a different time.

My main issue is I can’t backspace while composing a message without the page crashing.
