With pulling out your equity (or selling), you can diversify and buy more.I did sell one of my places and used that money to buy two others. 

They need their own set for their requirements and not accept the ones in the FBI database - like WTF - what a money grab.

If this is not possible, take some time to get to know and be-friend the other HOA board members before you waste money with an attorney.

Unfortunately almost every franchise involves renting the occupied space when the property would have made more money than the business.

It is good, but we could be making more money if both were on Airbnb.

Real estate investing is forgiving; the average person can still make money even with some big mistakes.

If you have mony in the deal and it is no longer bringing a proper return it may be time to move that money into another property that will return more.  

Or, you could buy a generic condo in Orlando, put crap furniture in it with bad photos and lose a lot of money...

all of the units were updated except one, which I did put alittle money into to bring it update to date with the others, so that would have helped the value a bit I would think almost a year later. 

I beleive offering buyer agency fees will ultimately be where sellers should allocate most of their marketing money, not in listing fees.
