General Contractor - Look for someone experienced in renovating older structures common in Baltimore.

However, these properties generally have a lot of land improvements that qualify as well as certain portions of electrical, mechanical and plumbing that can qualify.

Is anyone actively doing midterm rentals in this general area and willing to help some new comers out?
