Absolutely not.Mortgage standard is a tri-merge FICO report, where 98% of all lenders will use the mid-score of the borrower. 

They don't ask about context of the bookings and the types of bookings I took (including one mid term tenant).They don't ask about the POTENTIAL and where I see the opportunities?

I’m noticing that rent rates are surprisingly high compared to the somewhat competitive and affordable housing pricing.Single-family homes, some new construction are going for mid 300’s and rent is usually $2500 or higher.

There are larger databases (Co-Star) that have information on larger properties, but I'm personally interested in small to mid-sized multifamily.
