I'm curious what the demand is for midterm rentals...outside of major metropolitan areas.  

This is because I'm concerned that even though the things in the house I can see look great things like the electrical, plumbing, or the foundation may need major repair if not immediately relatively soon. 

Co-living I like a bit more because you have less money needed for furnishing a property and CO laws allow it in the major cities unlike STRs.

When complaints were filed due to major issues raised, some states prosecuted the companies for depriving buyers of ownership rights and outright deeded the houses to buyers (regardless of breach of contract and default on loans), with huge restitutions to be paid to state and end buyers.

Even with active investments, diversification is better.  

That said, the overall market is still grappling with major challenges, and inventory remains one of the biggest obstacles.So, what does this mean for you?

I am not sure how active his company Open Door is on BP.

I did notice end of 2024 to be more active and January to continue that streak compared to 2023 and start of 2024.

Plano is a major job market to the South.

The biggest thing with this is if something major happens are you legally covered if the unit is illegally rented.
