Josh, there is a lot to think about when doing REI.

There's a lot to unpack here, and a lot of this stuff (especially the BRRRR stuff) is out of my area of expertise...Honestly, I would recommend cutting and pasting this post into a new thread on BP for everyone to answer!

I have a lot to learn;  how to comp a mh, values of mh in my area, etc….

We've got 5 units, 4 properties currently, but it is already a lot to manage ourselves.

There's a lot to it, especially when multiple properties and entities are involved.

There's a lot to navigate but we spent a lot of time at least 10 days driving through over 40 infill lots to get to know the market and following up on a lot of them.

@Mica Moore you have a lot to think about. 

@Lauren L Pokladnik the first thing I would do is get a feasibility study done on your lot to decide what can be built on it to determine highest and best use of your lot and the cost that is associated with that.
