It can certainly happen Its a job though in my mind I was going to get into liens in MS  I took a few hundred grand to a sale to try it out.. and left after spending 5k .. the velocity of the sale in that state and the good ole boys and the experts with their lap tops and really new the game ...

Because the training you can offer 1099's is limited (I'd structure any training as an "Orientation" to err on the side of caution with this requirement), I'd need to be cautious, but based upon the idea that they could operate from their chosen location and would be required to provide their own laptop, etc, I'm cautiously optimistic that I could meet the 1099 standards.

I appreciate you reading into this a little - I was typing on my laptop from the porch this morning, and didn't want to seem too verbose, but I felt like this needed sharing.

Several weeks ago, a tenant's vehicle, a BMW, was stolen overnight, and at the same time a neighbor's laptop was stolen from his vehicle.

@Aretha Wallace I'm having trouble posting the pictures, I'll try again when I'm on a laptop rather than my phone. 

But, given our shallow track record with employment (haven't worked since November last year as we've been backpacking) it seems impossible to get any financing.

I just ordered 3 of these on my laptop and didn't get any kind of notification that I was successful or instruction on how to download the audio/digital versions.
