I am the oldest of 5 and a full-time college student.

A married couple in their 70s that have previously owned homes for 40+ years and are now retired with no debt, no kids, and 50 years experiene as adults should not be looked at the same as a boyfriend/girlfriend in their early 20s that have never owned a home or rented together before, still paying student loans, living paycheck to paycheck, and financing that 2018 Dodge Charger in the driveway.

Anyone with experience renting to students in Starkville?

I am working on applications for 3 college students. 

My wife and I did a lot of research, attended live sessions, and I connected with some current and former students and got positive feedback.

Due to the population growth of the last 10-15 years, there are uneven student populations in schools.

American children and students are taught how to develop themselves to be desirable to an employer, how to pay into the system and work full time or double time to until they either drop dead or live long enough to "retire."  

Also, have you considered renting by the room to college students?
