Insurance companies are taking a close look at building materials, quality, and updates. 

Anyone speaking in "sure-thing / simple" terms, I call BS. 

So on numerous occasions, I have expressed my concerns about staying within my budget.Now on top of this, the property manager let the pipes freeze and they leaked and the boiler also cracked which I was told to file an insurance claim.

A Illegal simply starts a business entity , gets an EIN and insurances .

It will probably require $100k plus to proceed.

First, Are you licensed and insured to manage other people's properties?

This is an ongoing situation and I’m hopeful that with RTR’s help, this story has a positive ending.
